  • Address Information: Pickup and delivery address(es) within the Atlanta metro area
  • Payment Information: Credit or debit card details (processed securely by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers)
  • Order Details: Estimated laundry weight, service type (standard or express), special care instructions, laundry preferences
  • Order History: Past bookings, tracking codes, order status, and delivery records
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on site, browser type, IP address, device type (collected via cookies and analytics)

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Order Fulfillment: Scheduling pickups, processing payments, managing delivery logistics, and updating you on your order status
  • Customer Communication: Sending order confirmations, pickup reminders, delivery notifications, and responding to support inquiries

4. Payment Processing via Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you enter payment information on our checkout page, that data is transmitted directly to Stripe over a secure, encrypted connection.

My Lucky Laundry does not store, access, or retain your full card number, CVV, or payment credentials. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Delivery Routing & Google Maps

We use Google Maps to plan and optimize delivery routes. When you provide a pickup or delivery address, that address may be sent to Google's mapping services for route calculation. Google's Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and understand how visitors use the site. Cookies we use include:

  • Essential cookies: Required for booking functionality and session management
  • Analytics cookies: Anonymous usage data (pages viewed, session duration, referral source) collected via our analytics tools

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the booking form and order tracking.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your personal information is stored in secured, encrypted databases hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

11. Georgia & US Compliance

My Lucky Laundry operates in accordance with applicable United States federal and Georgia state privacy laws, including the Georgia Computer Systems Protection Act (O.C.G.A. § 16-9-90 et seq.) and the Georgia Consumer Protection laws. While Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute equivalent to California's CCPA, we apply best-practice data privacy standards to all customers regardless of location.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Contact us to exercise those rights.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
